What happened in my life

“ Announcing who came a place in New Zealand was awesome”. When they called my name I was filled with joy because I came  2nd in New Zealand with 98 marks. I was also happy because it was my highest marks that I got and it was my first time coming a place in New Zealand.

After the rev finished announcing who came a place in NZ my family came up to me they said” Good Girl Raeleen” and gave me a big hug. Later on that day heaps of family members gave me money on behalf of their congratulation to me. I was so so so Happy because I couldn't say a word.

Arriving at the most beautiful pace which was my house I said to my mum with excitement” When is the Prize giving? and where is it held”. So my mum replied” It is on this Saturday and it is held in Avondale P.I.P.C.

After waiting for 5 straight days it was time for prize giving, So I dressed up my nicest and hopped in the car waiting for my family to enter the car so we can go to Avondale. When we arrived to Avondale P.I.P.C it took 20 or 30 minutes to get their.

When they called my name I walked up the steps and heaps of my family members and church members gave me loads of lollies necklace and lei they even gave me an envelope. When I sat down with my friend who also got 2nd in New Zealand for grade 2 we opened our envelope and it had 85 dollars.

When the Prize giving finished we went back home and we had a big feed. We had KFC and Chinese food. That was one of the best days that had happened to me.

Today we had 40 minutes to write about our first day of school. From looking at our writing we are going to set some goals for the term.

It was a bright sunny day when I said my goodbyes to my family, I took a big deep breath and walked through the Big fence with my Mum.I was sad when I had to say my goodbyes to Pt England Kindergarten but I was also excited because I heard School was cool.I was feeling a bit nerve racking and really shy. So my mum said to me” Don’t be shy” My first teacher was Mrs George she was pretty like a daisy growing, and really kind like a person helping you.The topic was the Pt England way. I was filled with excitement like the All Blacks winning the World Cup.

As soon as me and my mum walked through the wooden door to enter room one I was getting nervous even more. When I sat down there was a girl name Gianna who said” Hey!! What is your name and I replied in a soft voice my name is Raeleen”. After 10 or 20 minutes it was time for the parents to leave so everyone ran to their parents crying like a baby starving for food.

When it was morning tea I saw my cousins Rasil and Vanilla So I yelled out” Hi Rasil and Vanilla” and they were shocked because they did not know that I have already started school and Rasil replied” Oh Hi Raeleen!!!!”. Then me and my two cousins went to the junior playground and played games with my friends Gianna,Mele, Sisilia, Taamai and Anamei.

After morning tea had just finished it was time to learn more about Maths. I love maths because it is really fun and you can learn more. After our maths finished their was a teacher called Mrs Riley she scary when we all met her but as she kept on coming into our classroom we all got use to her.

When the Lunch eating bell rang i quickly ran with my friends to find my cousins so we can play games on the field or on the playground. Lunch time is really cool because you get one whole hour of playtime. After lunch it was SSR sustain Silent reading, we had to do SSR for 10 min after that ten min me and my friends will pretend to go to sleep and the boys will always try to wake us up and it was funny.

Ring ring as the last bell rang and we all knew it was time to go home. I had an awesome first day at my new school pt England School because it is a lot of fun hanging out with my friends and learning new things you did not know. When my mum came to pick me up I ran as fast as I could and I gave my mum a big hug.

I had an awesome first day and I love school ever since I started.

fence with my Mum. I was so excited because I heard School was cool. That moment when Mr Burt Introduced ourselves to our new  teachers and  I was so excited. My first teacher was Mrs George and the topic was the Pt England way. So I said to myself” Wow I love this school”

As soon as me and my mum entered the classroom I was a bit nervous because I did not know anyone. Mrs George was kind. When all the parents had to leave even my mum I was crying because I was scared but luckily I had my 2 older cousins who looked after me when i started.

After that I made some new friends they were Gianna,Sisilia,Anamai and taamai they were really good friends and every time we work we will always sit next to each other and each other out.

When it was Morning tea I had a sandwich and a lesnak, after I ate my morning  tea I went to play with my cousin and we played tiggy. After that Morning tea bell We had  heaps of worksheets to finish off.

When the day was finished I was so happy because I had a really fun time during school.

If I had an opportunity to pick what I will be in the future It will be:

Own my company:

I picked this because I really like cars, When I own my own company I will sell flash as cars.

My cars will be Holden,Ford,BMW and Mini. And I will like to be the boss of the company.

Traveller:

I like travelling places because it is fun when you go somewhere you have never been before.My favourite Island I have been to is Samoa,Fiji and Rarotonga.

Chief:

I like cooking because I like to make heaps of food and I love eating. When I started cooking with my aunty Lama, and showed me how to cook cupcakes and it was yummy so I want to cook heaps of food for other people.

Actor:

I like acting because I like being on short movie film and I also like talking to other people and sometimes I talk to my self.
